TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Age & Consent

• Tattoo and piercing services are available only to clients 18 years or older with valid government-issued photo ID.
• Clients between 16–18 years may receive piercing services only with a parent/legal guardian physically present and signing consent, at the studio's discretion. Tattoos are not offered to minors under any circumstance.

2. Health Disclosure

• Clients must truthfully disclose any medical conditions, allergies, blood disorders, pregnancy, skin conditions, or medications that may affect the procedure.
• Tattoo Fever 105 reserves the right to refuse or postpone service if a health risk is identified, at the artist's sole discretion.
• Non-disclosure of relevant health information releases Tattoo Fever 105 from liability for resulting complications.

3. Booking, Deposits & Cancellations

• Custom tattoo and laser package bookings require an advance deposit to confirm the slot. The deposit is non-refundable but is adjusted against the final bill.
• Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice. Late rescheduling or no-shows will forfeit the deposit and require a fresh deposit to rebook.
• Walk-in piercing appointments are subject to same-day availability and artist discretion.

4. Consultation & Design Approval

• Custom designs are finalized only after client approval at consultation or on the day of the appointment.
• Reference images are for style/direction only; exact size, placement, and detailing are confirmed in person and may vary from digital previews.
• Once a design is approved and tattooing begins, no refunds are issued for change of mind.

5. Aftercare Responsibility

• Detailed aftercare instructions are provided verbally and in writing (WhatsApp) after every tattoo and piercing.
• Healing outcomes, infection risk, and colour retention depend significantly on the client following aftercare instructions correctly.
• Tattoo Fever 105 is not liable for infections, scarring, or fading resulting from failure to follow aftercare guidance, unauthorized products, sun exposure, or premature removal of protective coverings.

6. Touch-Up Policy

• One complimentary touch-up is offered within 6–8 weeks of the original tattoo session, for normal healing-related fading only.
• Touch-ups required due to poor aftercare, sun damage, or client negligence will be charged.
• Touch-ups requested after 90 days are treated as a fresh paid session.

7. Laser Tattoo Removal

• Laser tattoo removal is a multi-session process; results and number of sessions required vary by ink type, ink depth, skin tone, and tattoo age, and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
• Package pricing is quoted for a defined number of sessions; sessions are non-transferable and must be completed within the agreed period.
• Clients must disclose any history of keloid scarring, pigmentation disorders, or photosensitivity before treatment.
• The mandatory 6–8 week gap between sessions must be respected for skin safety.

8. Piercing

• Only studio-provided sterile, implant-grade jewellery is used for new piercings.
• Healing timelines vary by piercing location; the studio's guidance on minimum healing time before jewellery change must be followed.

9. Payment Terms

• Full payment is due at the end of each session unless a package/installment plan has been agreed in writing in advance.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice; the price confirmed at booking is the price honoured for that booking.

10. Photography & Portfolio Usage

• Tattoo Fever 105 may photograph/film completed work (with faces excluded unless the client consents) for portfolio, website, and social media use, unless the client opts out in writing before the session.

11. Right to Refuse Service

• Tattoo Fever 105 reserves the right to refuse service for reasons including intoxication, health risk, offensive or illegal requested content, or disruptive behaviour.

12. Limitation of Liability

• Tattooing, piercing, and laser removal carry inherent risks even when procedures are performed correctly and aftercare is followed. By proceeding, the client acknowledges these risks.
• Tattoo Fever 105's liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra having exclusive jurisdiction.
