This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our website or contact us, how we use Google services for our own advertising, and what choices you have.
1. Information we collect from visitors and clients
Contact details you provide: name, phone number and message content when you submit a consultation form, message us on WhatsApp, or call us. Automatic website data: pages visited, device type and approximate location (city level), collected through Google Analytics for site performance. Advertising data: if you arrive through a Google or Meta ad, we may record that a conversion (form submission, call or WhatsApp click) occurred, so we can measure ad performance. We do not receive your full browsing history from these platforms.
2. How we use your information
To respond to consultation requests and booking enquiries. To send appointment confirmations and aftercare instructions by WhatsApp or phone. To measure which marketing channels bring us genuine enquiries (in aggregate, not to profile individuals). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Google user data and our internal Google Ads tool
We use an internal application named TattooFever105 that connects to the studio's own Google Ads account through Google sign-in (OAuth) and the Google Ads API. It is used only by the studio owner. When the owner signs in, the application asks for the Google Ads permission (scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords).
What we access and why: campaign, keyword, search-term, cost and conversion performance data of the studio's own Google Ads account. We use it to measure and improve our advertising and, when we choose to, to update our own campaign settings (for example, adding negative keywords). The application does not access Google data belonging to our website visitors, clients or any other person.
How we handle it: we do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties, or use it to advertise to others. The data is stored on the studio owner's computer. The owner may use an AI assistant (Claude by Anthropic) to summarise these reports for internal use; we do not use this data to train AI models.
Limited Use: TattooFever105's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. You can remove the application's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
4. Data retention and deletion
We keep client contact and consultation details for as long as needed to provide services and respond to enquiries, and as required for our business records. To ask us to correct or delete your personal information, email [email protected] and we will respond promptly.
5. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Ads conversion tracking to understand site traffic and measure ad effectiveness. These use cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended.
